區(qū)別就是它們意思是不一樣，具體的不同用法如下

1、other其他的，不是指剩下部分的全部， 相當于other+復數(shù)名詞。

2、the other特制在一定范圍內(nèi)的其余所有的人或物。

3、another 指三者或三者以上的人或物。

other :在某一范圍內(nèi)，some… some…,others…例如,In our PE class,some played basketball.Some played volleyball. Others played baseball.

another :再一個，又一個的意思。例如，I don't like the two,please give me another.

the other:一般是兩個中的，一個……，另一個……。例如,I have two pens.One is red,the other is black.

other 別的，其他的，放在名詞前面。

another 又一個，再一個，表示三個或三個以上的又一個，再一個。

the other 指兩個當中的另一個。One …the other 一個…另一個

如:I have two books,One is new,the other isold.
