help的用法

help用作名詞的基本意思是“幫助，援助”，可以是物質(zhì)上的，也可以是精神上的或經(jīng)濟(jì)上的。用于人可表示“助手”，還可指“傭人”，多指女性。有時還可指“補(bǔ)救辦法，治療方法”。

help表示“幫助”時，后接不定式或賓語和不定式，但絕不不可接動名詞。

具體用法如下：

1.help ***. to do sth.幫助某人做某事。其中的to通常是省略的。

Can you help me to learn English ?

你能幫助我學(xué)英語嗎？

2.help ***. with sth 幫助某人做某事，

Can you help him with this work ?

你能幫助他完成這項工作嗎？

3.be of some/ no/ much help to ***. 對某人有些 / 沒有 / 很有幫助。

This book is of great help to me.

這本書對我很有幫助。

help的固定搭配:

1.help oneself，譯為“自用;自取所需”。

例句：Nobody can help me if I don't want to help oneself.

如果我自己不想幫自己，沒有人能幫我。

2.with the help of，譯為“在…的幫助下”。

例句：With the help of these questions， you can make plans to improve your skills.

在這些問題的幫助下，你就能制定計劃提高面試水平。

3.help with，譯為“幫忙某人做…”。

例句：And we all need some help with these things from time to time.

對于這些未知的變化我們都有可能需要一些幫助。

4.with one's help，譯為“在某人的幫助下”。

例句：With Mike's help， they got number one finally.

在邁克的幫助下，他們最終奪得了第一名。

5.help out，譯為“幫助…擺脫困難”。

例句：So what can anyone do to help out Mom?

6.help on，譯為“鼓勵;促進(jìn)”。
